How Pipe Relining Works

Pipe relining is a trenchless repair method known as Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP). A flexible liner is inserted into the damaged section, coated with epoxy resin and cured to form a strong, seamless new pipe inside the old one. Once complete, the pipe is watertight, smooth and resistant to tree roots or cracks.

This method is suitable for residential, commercial and industrial systems. It can repair full pipelines or only short sections, making it highly cost-effective and versatile.

Relining works on pipes from 40mm to 1000mm in diameter, including:

  • Bends, junctions & traps
  • Drainage, sewer & stormwater lines
  • Potable water, pool pipes & conduits
  • Sections as short as 1m or as long as 50m

We continue to see councils across the region rely on this process because it extends the lifespan of drainage networks with minimal disruption. With an expected lifespan of over 100 years and a system backed by decades of successful installations, we know pipe relining is a proven investment in your property.

If you’re dealing with cracked, collapsed or root-damaged pipes, we can carry out a drain camera inspection and confirm if pipe relining is the right solution for you. Get in touch today to book an inspection.
